Take advantage of expert consultation, support in the booking process, and connections to get valuable perks like early check-in and late check-out, complimentary upgrades, complimentary breakfast, resort credits or discounts. Amenities are offered subject to availability and confirmed by each property.
Bespoke Itinerary Design
Design fees typically range from $300–$1,000, depending on journey complexity and level of customization.
Bespoke itinerary planning covers every detail of your travel, however you travel. We’ll design time that’s perfect for you, by air, land, or sea. Expect to discuss all accommodations, activities, transportation, meal reservations or recommendations, spa appointments and special requests; as well as support throughout your trip’s duration.

Custom pricing per project scope.
Planning a group getaway? Whether it’s a destination wedding, bachelorette, family reunion, wellness retreat, writers’ workshop, or just a big group of friends, group management requires extra time and care so that nobody falls through the cracks. We’ll work to negotiate group pricing with hotels, cruise lines, or transportation, handle all communication with group members, and take care of all the details.
